Redeem your €120 cashback voucher

With every trip you book online, you will receive a €120 cashback voucher via email. You can redeem this voucher for your next booking: either online or at any of our travel agencies. The voucher is valid for 18 months and is our way of encouraging you to book your next vacation with us again.

How to redeem your voucher: Book your next trip online. As soon as you receive your booking confirmation with the TIS-ID* via email, fill out the form at the bottom of this page, including your voucher code. The payout will be transferred to your bank account within four weeks after your departure. 
*You can find the TIS-ID on the first page of your travel itinerary, which you will receive via email approximately 60 minutes after your booking.


✓ valid for package holidays, hotel bookings, and cruises (excluding AIDA and TUI Cruises)
✓ €50 discount for a total trip price of €1,200 or more
✓ €120 discount for a total trip price of €2,500 or more
✓ redeemable up to 3 months after the start of your trip

• The cash-back voucher is valid for 18 months. 
• Redeemable for package holidays, hotel bookings, and cruises (excluding AIDA and TUI Cruises).
• Please note the total trip price:
  €50 discount for trips priced between €1,200 and €2,500
  €120 discount for trips priced at €2,500 or more 
• The voucher cannot be redeemed for bookings of standalone services such as flights, holiday apartments, car rentals, insurance, etc.
• Redemption of the voucher must be requested no later than 3 months after the start of the trip for which the voucher is being used.
• The cash-back voucher is non-transferable. It can only be redeemed by the voucher recipient.
• Only one voucher can be redeemed per booking.
• Combination with other voucher promotions or cash payouts is not permitted.
• If you cancel the trip, the travel voucher becomes void. 
• The voucher cannot be applied to cancellation fees.
• Resale and duplication are prohibited.
• Minimum age: 18 years
